Naked King (裸の王様, Hadaka no Ō-sama) is the 55th chapter of the Gantz manga, written and illustrated by Hiroya Oku.

Synopsis
The chapter begins with Tetsuo Nemoto having sex with his wife, Haruka Nemoto, before she begins to express discomfort due to something hard underneath their futon. She then pulls out Tetsuo's X-Gun from underneath and points it at him, unaware of its lethality, causing Tetsuo to panic and tell her to put it down, which she does.
It then cuts to Tetsuo attempting to shoot a cat with the gun, only to miss and cause the ground to explode instead. Excited, he then continues to blow up several walls and a random motorcycle, before he calls his debt collector, Mr Iwaki.
He then meets up with Iwaki and attempts to give him the gun in exchange for the payment this month. Iwaki denies, simply believing it to be a toy and Tetsuo proceeds to shoot the wall to the left of him and then Iwaki in the head. Due to the delayed detonation, Iwaki once again states that it is simply a toy, and asks for the months payments again, and Tetsuo responds, asking if he will take it to hell. Iwaki is confused until the wall explodes to his left, and after a brief moment of shock, his head explodes also. Tetsuo then runs off excitedly, shouting that he is the strongest man alive.
Finally, the chapter then cuts to Tetsuo surrounded by the rival biker gang that stabbed him to death previously, causing him to reappear in the Gantz room. When one of the gangsters comes at him with a baseball bat, Tetsuo pulls out his X-Gun. The Rival Bikers laugh at him, calling the gun a toy, and after Tetsuo says that they will see whether it is a toy or not, he attempts to fire the weapon. He is unable to pull the trigger, however, even after repeatedly trying to do so, and before the biker can hit him with the baseball bat, the bomb in his head detonates, causing his eyes to bulge and him to bleed profusely out of every orifice on his face. The chapter ends with him slumped over dead, and the bikers laughing at his body before departing from the scene.
