Synopsis[]
The chapter begins with Kei Kurono being called by Reika Shimohira in the evening, the two having a brief conversation before Reika asks Kurono to go on a date with her. Kurono agrees, somewhat flustered, and the two meet at the arranged destination 15 minutes earlier than was planned. They go see a movie together with Kurono focusing on her attractiveness and the size of her breasts before they exit the movie. Reika admits to not being able to focus on it much, and is seemingly about to be in a relationship with him, but chooses not to do so, although the two agree to go on another date afterwards.
Kurono is conflicted once he gets home, and the day after, his girlfriend, Tae Kojima, calls him while stating that his phone was busy the night before. The two are seen walking together and Kurono begins to regret his previous actions. While walking through the shopping district Kurono spots two Vampires and begins to panic somewhat, though the two don't notice him and walk right past. Believing that Tae may be in danger if they stay together any longer, Kurono contemplates breaking up with her in order to protect her. Tae can be seen visibly shaking the entire time, although Kurono does not notice, at which point the chapter ends.
