Ignored Warnings (警告無視, Keikoku Mushi) is the 40th chapter of the Gantz manga, written and illustrated by Hiroya Oku.

We see a heavily armed and sweaty Kei Kishimoto wearing nothing but the top half of a Gantz Suit with two holsters and a bikini that has been sweat through showing her nipples. Both holsters contain an X-gun, furthermore, Kishimoto is stretching her arms above her head holding and X-gun in each hand. She also has a bandage on her left cheek.

Synopsis

The chapter starts off directly after the end of the previous one. The Tanaka Alien jumps straight out of the water and tackles Masaru Kato into it, much to the distress of Kei Kurono and Kei Kishimoto who are on the stairs nearby. Almost immediately afterwards, however, Masaru emerges from the water grasping the Tanaka Alien in a tight bear hug, his Gantz suit visibly bulged and taught.

Meanwhile, Tetsuo Nemoto, Haruya Numata and Kinji Nishikawa are walking out of the game area, causing a cell phone like ringing in their ears, and are intending to go home, along with Masanobu Hojo, Kayo Sugihara and Ryota Sugihara. Ryota suddenly runs past them, causing a somewhat competitive nature to arise, and the three of them begin racing. Kinji Nishikawa, as the first one out of the game area, dies immediately, his head exploding and a chunk of his nose and upper lip hitting Tetsuo's chest, causing everyone present to panic.

Back to Masaru in the water, he can be seen still holding the Tanaka Alien tightly while Kurono and Kishimoto come to the side of the river and ask what he intends to do. Masaru states that he is simply trying to crush it, when the Tanaka Alien tries to release a powerful shriek attack at his face. Masaru moves his head and avoid any significant damage, but shows some sign of pain. After this, Masaru begins to tighten his grip on the Tanaka Alien and crushes it, causing the mechanical suit to burst open and a disfigured bird-like alien to emerge from the top, which Kurono quickly incapacitates with his gun.
