Collapse (崩落, Hōraku) is the 50th chapter of the Gantz manga, written and illustrated by Hiroya Oku.

We see shadowed close-up of each of the current main three characters. At the top is Kei Kurono with a barely visible Gantz suit, in the middle is Masaru Kato his Gantz suit is visible and at the bottom, we see Kei Kishimoto also with a visible Gantz suit.

Synopsis

The chapter begins with Kei Kurono running out of the building that the Tanaka Aliens used as their hideout/home. It begins collapsing due to Kurono shooting it several times with his X-Gun in the previous chapter, causing him to run out of the building in an intense panic. Tetsuo Nemoto and Haruya Numata, who were present outside of the building, also run away. Kurono manages to get out of the building just before it collapses, and he stands just outside of it along with Tetsuo and Haruya. He then begins swearing and insulting the Tanaka Aliens, boasting about how he defeated all of the aliens at once. Masaru Kato then appears along with Kei Kishimoto and Masanobu Hojo, who came to investigate the loud explosion, to which Kurono only responds by saying "It's over".

Just when Haruya is about to question him, however, the Tanaka Alien Boss swoops down and picks him up by the shoulders with his talons, before carrying him up into the air. The chapter ends with Haruya's decapitated head hitting the ground first, before his body soon follows.
