Communication (コミュニケーション, Comyunikēshon) is the 86th chapter of the Gantz manga, written and illustrated by Hiroya Oku.

Synopsis[]
The chapter begins directly after the end of the previous one, with the Kannon telling Masaru not to shoot and claiming to be Kiyoshi Miyafuji, having absorbed his memories and speech after eating his brain. Kiyoshi suggests that it did this in order to communicate with the last survivor before stating that his new body isn't that bad, as he feels incredibly powerful.
Masaru fires his capture gun regardless, but Kiyoshi avoids the device fairly easily, laughing and bragging all the while. Kiyoshi claims that the Kannon wanted to ask Masaru something, asking why earthlings treat them so badly when they have done nothing wrong. Masaru doesn't answer causing Kiyoshi to shoot at him with his lasers instead, though Masaru manages to dodge it. Masaru continues to dodge its lasers, at one point targetting Kiyoshi by pointing his gun at him and pulling only one trigger, until Kiyoshi manages to cut off Masaru's sword arm, causing him to scream in agony. However, Masaru then proceeds to pull the second trigger on the gun, causing the capture device to fire and change direction directly towards Kiyoshi, the chapter ending with the alien being restrained.
