Miho Nakayama (中山 美保, Nakayama Miho) is a member of Osaka team and the girlfriend of Nobuo Muroya who decided that she wants to get out of Gantz after the mission.

- The name Miho means "beautiful" (美) (mi) and "protect, gurantee" (保) (ho).
- Miho's surname Nakayama means "middle" (中) (naka) and "mountain, hill" (山) (yama).
